Therapy is a series of understanding and purposeful conversations that can be coupled with useful tools for living better. In sessions we discuss the cause of your distress, and work out the strategies to unhook and move past the chronic worries, anxieties, stress, guilt, and depressed mood that results from any number of stressful or traumatic life events.
